pictures, pictures, pictures! let it be disclosed that I am in no way good at this nor do I really know what I'm doing yet. my experience practicing photography has only been an ongoing hobby for the last month or so of summer. however, i have learned what every single button and setting on my camera is used for and i have learned how to maximize their uses. yes! i'm still not really sure what my 'style' is and that's something i hope to figure out as i continue to practice all summer (these are all mostly just for practice!). i love portraits, though, and there's nothing like getting to know someone when they're in front of you on camera. next, i want to start doing "new" things; bursting my creative bubble and dappling in some less posed/formal pictures.

*i still have four folders on my computer of pictures i have yet to go through.
**and two other sessions on my SD card. oops.

That first picture is my favorite! So cute! I, for one, think your photography is wonderful. xx

It's great that you're getting experience in even if you aren't entirely sure of what you're doing. There are fantastic outcomes though, so clearly you're doing something right. :) The pair with the couple leaning in for a kiss with that gorgeous background... love it.

I'm not good at photography at all! But I'd say you're doing quite well! Cute cute cute couple!

Your photos are absolutely lovely and so inspiring! I photographed two of my friends a few days ago and the photos are nowhere near as amazing as these. Keep up the good work!

These are fantastic pictures! I'm glad you're spending so much time doing what you love, it's making me want to pick up my camera and do a bit more with it!

These are awesome pictures! I'd say you've got quite an eye behind the lens. You seem to find just the right light (and that is sometimes the hardest part of taking good photos!)

Keep up the great work! I love seeing it. :)

no way good at it? lies. such lies, because you are way good at it. and after seeing this i feel a major need to buy a real nice camera becuase my little point & shoot and iphone are just not cutting it anymore. the fact that you know what every button is and how it works is amazing! that is partly why i still have a point & shoot - the big cameras with loads of buttons intimidate me.
