For those of you that follow me on twitter, you might remember me talking about my awkward obsession with sniffing the co-worker who works directly behind me. Well, he wears the same kind of deodorant as Niklaas and I've caught myself with my nose in the air more than a few times now. On my last day of work before vacation, I had my headphones in my ears jamming out to Selena Gomez when I caught "the scent". Long and behold, I turned around and said co-worker was staring at me quixotically. I took out my earphones and he asked, "Do I smell badly or something?!" and proceeded to sniff himself. I shook my head numbly, and almost collapsed at the sink. It's really hard to laugh silently and without movement. I didn't tell him why I was really smelling him. I get myself into these situations almost daily.
While you're reading this, I'm probably sitting uncomfortably in the back of our truck with my head in one of my 15 books I've prepared myself for. I'll be returning on the 24th, which happens to be my 19th birthday! EEE! That is two weeks, however. Luckily, I've gotten some of my favorite bloggers ever that haven't guest posted for me before to fill in and I'm giddy that they even wanted to fill in! I have to be honest, I'm a little excited for an internet vacation. No internet whatsoever for two weeks, what!? I can't remember the last time I went two days without at least checking facebook or my blog email. When I return, I will be sure to post *lots* of pictures of my time in Southern Idaho and Wyoming camping! Remember my dream wedding guest post!?! My dream location is the camping spot we'll be spending a week at. I'm so excited!
This dress belongs to the lovely Alex!! She wore it on her blog while I was still wearing tights and huge oversize sweaters to class every day and I had the summer jitters! When she sent it to me, I was ecstatic! But, of course, it took a month of me holding it hostage to be able to pull it out. Idaho and Texas are quite different, I suppose. I am completely infatuated with the open back details and the print and the fabric. I need to buy one of my own! I'm smitten. I haven't debuted my new readers from Urban Outfitters yet, and I just loved how these pictures turned out. The readers are really making me want to invest in some frames! Thank you so much for letting me borrow the dress, Alex!
Anyways, you all might be seeing some changes around here...one of my tid-bits of news is that I'm getting a new blog layout! EEP! I have almost no HTML skills whatsoever and especially lately, I've been beyond frazzled with the disorganization of mine. Kate of Scathingly Brilliant has done an absolute phenomenal job. Seriously. I can't even explain it, you will just have to see! I can't wait! She has captured me beautifully! I have posts scheduled for the next two weeks, so have no fears, you will be in wonderful hands! See you in two weeks (on my birthday!)
